We add meaningful descriptions to informative images and mark decorative graphics appropriately for screen reader users.
Running an EU-funded project? We review your website for digital accessibility, project branding, programme-specific information and technical issues. We prepare a remediation plan and help implement the necessary changes promptly.
From an individual defect to a modernisation plan. We identify barriers to using your website and the requirements in your project documentation.
We add meaningful descriptions to informative images and mark decorative graphics appropriately for screen reader users.
We review readability, content hierarchy, focus and navigation without a mouse, then address the agreed interface barriers.
We compare the project page with its documentation and organise missing details about activities, audiences and funding.
We check the required combination of marks, proportions, visibility and funding acknowledgement against the programme materials.
We test contact journeys, validation and error messages, then fix technical obstacles that prevent people from using the website.
We improve layout, content enlargement, interactive target sizes and scrolling on smaller screens.
We review the website against your specific project, not a universal checklist. The funding agreement, programme rules and applicable communication guidance determine the requirements.
We consult the official communication rules and the handbook applicable since May 2026. We confirm the marks and final information requirements against your project documents.
We agree an assessment scope with reference to WCAG 2.1 or 2.2, level AA. Automated checks are combined with manual testing of relevant pages and user journeys.
An automated WAVE report is not equivalent to a full WCAG audit. Tools cannot assess every barrier; manual testing and contextual judgement are also required.
If you have received website feedback, a documentation deadline is approaching or your project information needs organising, contact SmartCodeIT. We will assess the work and check whether priority delivery is available.
We confirm start and completion dates after reviewing your enquiry. Submitting the form does not reserve a delivery slot.
Audit, documentation and implementation scopes are agreed individually. Pricing follows a review of the website and requirements.
We review the website address, project scope, institution feedback and deadline, then agree access arrangements and acceptance criteria.
We prioritise findings by impact and urgency, identify dependencies and propose an implementation scope.
We deliver approved changes with security, backups and technical constraints in mind.
We test corrected elements and provide a change summary, findings and any remaining limitations.
First, we check what can be repaired safely. We update existing websites where the technology, code access and maintenance condition support the agreed changes.
A grant alone does not establish the answer. We review the organisation's status, agreement, accessibility standards and programme requirements. We agree the WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA scope before starting. Legal uncertainties should be confirmed with a qualified adviser or the relevant institution.
We review the title, objectives, tasks, audiences, results, total project value, European Funds contribution and required marks. The final list depends on the programme and agreement. We use current official materials, including the handbook applicable since May 2026.
Yes, if that is the agreed scope. We also review shared elements such as navigation or the footer where they affect that page's accessibility and readability. We do not extend the work without agreement.
Not always. We assess the current website first. A rebuild is proposed when technical, security or accessibility constraints prevent a reasonable repair and maintenance approach.
After receiving the website address, feedback and required deadline, we assess the scope and team availability. Dates are confirmed individually. We do not guarantee a start or completion within a fixed number of hours.
No. WAVE identifies some issues automatically but does not replace keyboard testing, content assessment, user-journey review and other manual tests. An audit report should clearly state its coverage and limitations.
Receiving a grant does not automatically subject a private company to every obligation under Poland's public-sector digital accessibility law. Requirements may arise from the agreement, programme standards or other laws applicable to the service. We provide technical support, not legal advice or a guarantee of acceptance by the funding institution. SmartCodeIT is not an EU institution or programme representative.
Provide the website address, describe any feedback and specify the deadline. Do not submit passwords, access credentials or confidential project documents.
We confirm start and completion dates after reviewing your enquiry. Submitting the form does not reserve a delivery slot.
