Information about what data we process for contact, consultation form, chatbot, analytics and query handling.
Data controller

Data range
The contact form may collect name and surname, e-mail address, company name, inquiry subject, message content, source of the request, date of sending and basic browser technical data.
The recruitment form may additionally collect the telephone number, preferred form of cooperation, area of interest, availability, candidate's message and the attached CV file.
Purpose of processing
The data is processed in order to handle the inquiry, prepare a response, select a service, conduct communication and secure the operation of the form.
Recruitment data is processed for the purpose of analyzing the application, contacting the candidate, conducting the recruitment process and assessing the possibility of undertaking cooperation, internships or internships.
Legal basis
We process data from forms and consultations in order to take action before concluding a contract or on the basis of legitimate interest, i.e. responding to inquiries and conducting business communication. Analytics data from Plausible and Microsoft Clarity is processed after consent to optional analytics. Anonymous Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights measurements may be processed to analyze site performance, performance and quality of service. Technical data may be processed to ensure the security and stability of the website.
Chatbot and AI
Consulting chatbot helps to pre-select a service based on the description of the company, process and tools used. You should not enter particularly sensitive data, passwords or trade secrets in the conversation if it is not necessary to prepare a recommendation.
Data recipients
Data may be transferred to providers of hosting, email, CRM systems, automation, analytics, AI tools or technical facilities used to handle queries. The scope of data transferred is limited to what is needed for contact, preparing recommendations and maintaining the security of the website.
Retention period
We store data from inquiries for the period necessary to handle a commercial conversation, typically no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless further storage results from the contract, legal provisions, pursuing claims or the user's express request. Technical data and logs should only be retained for as long as needed for security and diagnostic purposes.
User rights
The User may request access to data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, transfer of data and objection, if the regulations provide for such a right.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If the user believes that the data is being processed unlawfully, he or she may submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Analytics and cookies
The site may use optional Plausible analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and conversion events with your consent. Microsoft Clarity helps analyze site usage and potential UX issues. The website also uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to anonymously measure visits and Core Web Vitals. Details are described in the cookie policy available at /polityka-cookies.
