Basic rules for using the SmartCode website, contact forms, service advisor and offer content.
Site owner

The nature of the site
The website presents the offer of IT services, process automation, AI, web applications, system integration and technology consulting. The content is informative and offer-oriented. They do not constitute a binding quote or a guarantee of achieving a specific result without prior analysis of the process and agreement on the scope of work.
Forms and contact
The user can send an inquiry via the contact form, consultation form or advisory chatbot. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to prepare a response. The user should provide true data and not enter information that he is not authorized to provide.
Service advisor and chatbot
Service Advisor helps pre-select the automation area based on user responses. The recommendation is of an auxiliary nature and requires confirmation during an interview or audit. You should not share passwords, sensitive data or trade secrets unless separate security policies have been agreed.
Scope of services
The detailed scope of services, schedule, price, liability of the parties, copyrights, maintenance, SLA and payment terms are determined individually in the offer, order or contract. SmartCode does not provide accounting, tax or legal services; may provide technical tools to support such processes.
Accessibility and security
SmartCode makes every effort to ensure that the website operates stably and safely. Technical work, infrastructure failures, errors of external suppliers or actions beyond SmartCode's control may temporarily limit the availability of the website.
Copyright
The content, layout, texts and graphics of the website are protected by copyright unless otherwise indicated. Copying materials for purposes other than permitted use requires the consent of the website owner.
Complaints and tickets
Comments regarding the operation of the site, forms or content may be directed to: kontakt@smartcodeit.pl. The report should include a description of the problem, website address and contact details needed for a response.
