The training shows how to improve work with documents, invoices, forms, contracts and information flowing in the company. Participants will learn the practical applications of OCR technology, AI and electronic document circulation in the everyday work of organizations. The workshop focuses on how to reduce manual data rewriting, speed up document handling, organize the approval process, automate notifications and connect documents with systems such as CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, e-mail and workflow tools. Participants learn to design the document circulation process from the moment the document arrives at the company, through data reading, classification, acceptance, recording in the system, up to reporting and control.

The goal of the training is to prepare participants to consciously design and implement document automation and electronic information workflows in the company. After the training, participants are able to identify document processes suitable for automation, design a simple document workflow, specify data to be read by OCR/AI, define approval points, and plan integration with corporate systems.
